Where is my order?

  • Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 5-7 business day for shipping.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an additional email providing your tracking number.

Do you offer international shipping?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Can I return my order?

  • Unfortunately, due to all items being handmade and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    • Kays Scalp Therapy LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Kays Scalp Therapy LLC will confirm your delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

    How long does it take to Restock Items?

    • We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand of all of our products, we will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation ever occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of your order, we will send out all available items and place the remaining item(s) on back order. Your remaining back-order items will be shipped separately as soon as possible with no extra shipping costs charged to you.
